Why files are flagged

• Our installer and products are obfuscated with VMProtect/ConfuserEx to prevent leaks or dumping.
• The installer downloads additional files from our official GitHub repos.
• VMProtect/ConfuserEx + downloader is heavily used by malware, so AVs flag it.
• In bin folder we contain Velocity files and files that are can be flagged as trojan since they are used to read and write memory.

Complaining about VirusTotal without an actual issue will get ignored by our team.

Alacrity is free to use. No key, activation code, or verification step is required to access or use the software.

3. Official sources and downloads

Download Alacrity only through links published on the official Alacrity site. We are not responsible for fake domains, altered builds, unofficial sellers, or third-party scams. Bypassing, sharing, or reselling download tokens is prohibited.

4. Prohibited use

• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, cracking, or modifying Alacrity.
• Using Alacrity for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
• Bypassing security controls or rate limits.
• Sharing accounts, sessions, tokens, or device credentials.
• Using Alacrity in a way that violates third-party rules or rights.

5. Suspension and termination

We may update, pause, suspend, or discontinue Alacrity at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, fraud was attempted, or users and systems were placed at risk.

Our Privacy Policy explains how device, support, request, and security data may be processed. Never paste code into a browser developer console at another person's request; this is a common account-theft technique.

Alacrity is an independent software product. References to third-party platforms, services, games, or trademarks do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization.

Alacrity is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or error-free use and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You use Alacrity at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
